The initial vision Nic and Cat had, as founders, was that we needed to start #smashingstereotypes for young people as they considered their futures.
GECFutures is our way of providing solutions to the key gender-based issues in UK careers and employment. This might be through our collective panels of experts, resources or through our communities.
We want to close the gaps between schools, homes and businesses - we want to change futures.
